Product & Pricing

Calcami sells a single t-shirt style, offered at a direct wholesale price regardless of order quantity — there is no minimum order requirement.

• Prices shown on the site are final and inclusive of shipping.
• We reserve the right to change pricing, styles, colours, or sizing availability at any time without prior notice.
• Product images are illustrative; minor variations in colour or print may occur between batches.

Orders & Cash on Delivery

All orders on calcami.com are fulfilled on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis — payment is made in cash directly to the delivery agent when your order arrives, not at checkout.

• Our team may call to confirm your order and delivery address before it ships.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be confirmed, or where the delivery address is invalid or unreachable.
• Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders may result in restrictions on placing future orders.

Shipping

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase required. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and during order confirmation, but may vary due to courier delays, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Refunds & Returns

As Calcami sells only one t-shirt style, our returns policy is kept simple:

• We do not offer exchanges of any kind — for size, colour, or otherwise.
• Since orders are COD, you may inspect the product at your doorstep and decline it before payment if it isn’t right.
• If a genuine issue is found after delivery — wrong item, damage, or a manufacturing defect — contact us with your order number and photos, and we’ll process an eligible refund.
• Refunds are issued at our discretion once a claim is reviewed and verified.

Accounts

Creating an account is optional but lets you track orders and affiliate earnings. You’re responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Affiliate Program

Anyone may join the Calcami affiliate program subject to these terms:

• Affiliates earn a 10% commission on the value of orders placed through their unique referral link.
• A tracking cookie is stored for 30 days from the moment a visitor clicks your link; purchases within that window are credited to you.
• Commissions are only confirmed once the underlying order is delivered and paid for — cancelled or refused COD orders do not earn a commission.
• Withdrawals can be requested from your affiliate dashboard and are paid out to your linked bank account or UPI ID.
• Self-referrals, spam, misleading advertising, or fraudulent orders used to generate commissions are prohibited and may result in forfeited earnings and removal from the program.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting unauthorised access, placing fraudulent orders, scraping content, or using the affiliate program to mislead customers.

Intellectual Property

All content on calcami.com — including the Calcami name, logo, product designs, and site content — is the property of Calcami and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Calcami is not liable for delivery delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time as our site, product, or affiliate program evolve. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of calcami.com after changes means you accept the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable local law, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Calcami operates.
