When you place an order, create an account, or join our affiliate program, we collect the information needed to process your request and deliver your t-shirt.
- Contact details — name, phone number, email address, and delivery address.
- Order details — size, colour, quantity, and order history.
- Account details — login credentials and account preferences, if you create an account.
- Affiliate details — payout information such as bank or UPI details, used solely to pay out earned commissions.
- Technical data — device, browser, and cookie data collected automatically as you browse the site.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect strictly to run Calcami and serve you better:
- Processing and delivering your order, including Cash on Delivery confirmation calls.
- Managing your account and order history.
- Calculating and paying out affiliate commissions accurately.
- Improving the site, our product, and customer support.
- Sending order updates, delivery notifications, and — where you’ve opted in — occasional offers.
Cash on Delivery Orders
Calcami is a Cash on Delivery store — you pay in cash when your t-shirt arrives, not at checkout. To offer this safely, we collect and verify your phone number and delivery address, and our team may call to confirm the order before it ships.
No card, UPI, or bank details are collected at the time of ordering for COD purchases. Payment information is only ever collected directly for affiliate payouts, described in Section 04.
Affiliate Program
Anyone can join the Calcami affiliate program and earn a commission for orders placed through their referral link.
When someone clicks your affiliate link, a tracking cookie is stored in their browser for 30 days. If they complete a purchase within that window, the sale is attributed to you and you earn a 10% commission on the order value.
Affiliate earnings are tracked in your affiliate dashboard in real time, and withdrawals are kept simple — request a payout to your linked bank account or UPI ID, and it’s processed without unnecessary steps or hidden conditions.
If a customer clears cookies, uses a different device, or the 30-day window lapses before purchase, the sale may no longer be attributed to your referral link.
Refunds & Returns
Calcami sells one product — a single t-shirt style — and our refund policy is kept just as simple:
- Refunds only, no exchanges — we do not offer size or colour exchanges on any order.
- If there’s a genuine issue with your order — wrong item, damaged product, or a quality defect — you’re eligible for a refund.
- Since orders are Cash on Delivery, you’re welcome to inspect the t-shirt at the time of delivery and decline it at the door if it isn’t right, before any payment is made.
- For issues found after delivery, contact support with your order number and we’ll process an eligible refund.
Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to us. You may also opt out of promotional emails while still receiving essential order updates.

We may update this policy from time to time as our site, products, or affiliate program evolve. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of calcami.com after changes means you accept the revised policy.
